Removing Plactic Strips On Side of Car

Hey guys i would like to know how to remove the plastic strips on 99 00 ek1 that run down the side of the car as i would like to paint them again. Can they be removed?

for eg's i think u gotta open the door things and thers clips inside that u gotta unhook and they come off like that.

yeah take off door trims to unclip form inside

the rear ones u gota remove part of the interior side panels n unclip it

the fender ones, undo the splash guard near the wheel, run ur hand in to pop it out. its a fair bit of work

they're not that dear to get professionally painted 100 all up most places, it's not that involved mate, just have to use the right paint

I've done mine, just got them painted instead of a refresh as the back quarter strip was damaged anyhow at the time. Lol, refresh no way man, just paint them. Or call boss wrecking for some new ones if you still like the matte black look
