ive got a problem with my antenna for my 93 vtir
it seems to work but it makes the worst noise wen it does..like its stuck or hitting against something.. i dont really even want it there..
my best option is to replace it with a ariel that i can ajust the hight of..
any tips?

thanks

my tip is disconnect it altogether, unless you listen to the radio?
another option is buy another dc2 antenna and replace ..pretty simple

common problem among a lot of dc2's

just replace with a s2k antenna or dc2 antenna

or just listen to cd's in the car :p

this is an issue if most dc2/dc4's. add a switch to your center consol... its a simple mod... i like to listen to the radio early in the morning for traffic updates and i just flick the switch and the antenna goes up...

Also, gsi's are dc4 not dc2 - i wish mine was a dc2 - but thats a different story

no need for a switch, your head unit should do that for you. once you turn on the radio the aerial should go up, i've also got a switch to make it go half way * aerodynamics yeah* the switch is oem aswell=]
