I've got a DC2 ITR recaro lined up, but I suspect the rails will be comletely different. Anyone here know where you can get prelude rails made or bought for it??

so you have an itr recaro wit the standard rails to suit a itr ?
not sure where you can get rails to suit your car but ill buy those rails off ya !

mc chook - use you prelude rails and modify them to fit recaros. thats what i did with tmy fto seats, and thats what im gonna do with my recaros

I'm pretty sure (not 100% though) that th standard rails are welded to the standard seats...
no way that the standard rail are welded to the standard seat...
use ur prelude rail to fit the recaro..
abit of custom bracket needed.

prolly but make a plan and make it work

Since it is a Recaro, possibly Roman Autotek, might not be the most cost efficient solution, but does answer the question.

yup im with eg5 on this... ive seen recaros been fitted in heaps of honda that dont come stock EG/EK civics, crx, preludes, accords... so its very possible

mc chook i made a mistake it the bit that get bolted down that you cut off and then you weld those on to the recaros.................oops

tink u can use the rails but have to custom make the adaptor that goes on the car

Looks like I have solved the problem - getting a set of recaro raisl from the US
However, Roman AutoTek are no longer recaro distributors
So do you know who are the new distributors, McChook?
