and thats stock piping correct?

Definately stock piping.That hole is weird,looks like you've scraped a hole through it from the bottom...

as its near the end,that hole is there to let any water drain out.say its raining on a bit of a slant,water gets in there,so the manufacturer puts a hole there to let the water drain out.no performance or sound difference watsoeva

It may be there to attach an exhaust finisher (a chrome tip) but that is pure speculation.
its nothing to worry about, lol i think we're going to need a subsection dedicated just to you

agreed with teh_mechanic.
As the tip is rolled water can get trapped. It allows for water to escape rather than sitting in the exhaust and rusting it away or waiting to evaoprate.
