Something does't seem right..

G'day all,
I washed my car today and noticed this:

the bolt that holds the rod (in centre) looks bent
I went to the other side of my car and noticed nothing abnormal.

What is this and what sort of effect would have?

Are you sure its not just the bushing that is quite deformed?

well it could be other things, but no I am not sure

it's a ball joint, there is some movement there.
looks normal.

exactly. The black rubber cover , has a balljoint inside and will move and stay depending on its last movement. Dont freak out its completely normal.
