Are they screwed on? Or just adhesive etc?
And once removed are they indentations in the bar where they where etc?
Thankz......

Bump... surely someone knows... I've seen them fitted to eg's aswell.
Can you just take them off & it's all good or do I have to fill in indentations or
screw holes if they have them....?

I believe they use clips.
so when u remove them, there will be holes.

best bet is to paint the molding.. and remove the front and the back.. just have to watch out.. the glue might take your paint off..

I think he means paint the side door guard moulds and remove the front/rear. I've seen them removed on a civic (diy section) and it was just glued on. No clips or holes.
