Type R throttle Body n Manifold

Hey jst looking at getting a type R throttle boddy n manifold on my EK-B16a,

Anyone done this and will it be a worth wild upgrade??

on a standard car probably a waste of money.

Sorri car car so far has cold air intake, headers hi flow cat.
Ek9 gear box- with soon to come power getter, and ECU

Its a good upgrade... make sure you get it tuned

Can anythign be done with my stock ECU?
or should i pick up the hondata at the same tym???

yes you should get a hondata aswell less hassle in the future
