Mongoose Alarm question

Hey guys, the alarm i bought my car with is mongoose, but i dont know the model number

the sensitivity on it is way to high and goes off randomly at 2 in the morning waking my next door neighbours up, would anyone know how to turn the sensitivity down or have anywhere i could go that could do it for me?

there is normally a knock sensor under the dash. Its has 2 lights and 2 dials.
You just need to dial up the sensitivity
