theres lots of different types of ecu's / piggy backs ...
eg hondata , power fc and greddy emanage...

i think what u need to work out is ur budget and what you u want in your car ( performance wise), also the mods you have.

dont really want to spend more than 500 i have a 94 dc2 VTIR. i have a CAI and extractors and soon a full exhaust system

tuning would cost more then that unless its something like a vafc which would probably be good enough for u

look on ebay for a chipped ecu from the US, some are ok.

the $12 ones are very good makes YOUR CAR rev up to 10k... if your car can last up to 10,000rpm :D LOLSSS

VAFC = Good enough..

$500 doesnt get you much ECU wise.
