Hey guys,

Mikey is my name 19 yrs old and bought my first Honda car I previously owned 2 SSS but got sick of it and its very overrated!! I was working before but quit my job casue i didnt like it so im looking for a new job in the IT/Technical Support area :D if any1 can gimme a job pm me hahah jksjks

New owner of a nice 98 EK CXI, Previous owner was a female but did like her bling cars. Bought it at a bargin price very happy with the car but only thing is pissing me off that its really low casue of the sideskirts and sometimes scraps if i dont crabwalk -.- i think i either need some coilovers or sumthing dunno to make the wheels lift up abit!! anyway here is some pics and atm the only thing that the car has is an aftermarket airfilter i believe its a pod filter and alteza lights dont know how to spell them sorry.

I hope to learn from the sections also last question im from syd so is there any cruises going on by anychance??

thnx guys so u around :D

hey mikey.... welcome to the forums mate... people here are great and always willing to help so enjoy your stay.

As for your ride congrats as i have a 99 EK CXi and definitely a great car and very reliable. I am not a massive fan of alteza lights and chrome rims but each to their own i guess. I like the colour and the side skirts though.... keep us updated with your mods champ!

Dont forget to use the search button :P

Should be plug and play

When i say that all you really have to do is undo a few screws. unplug a few cable and then swap teh clusters over :)

Not sure if the dc2r ones fit for sure but i think the ek vti-r ones should be plug and play mate :)

btw welcome to ozhonda and everything mrpsi said :p

Get a cluster from a Gli.
The Vtir revs don't match your engine.

yea, just my old ek , i got a 99 civic cxi with super low king spring, then i put on the buddy club 3 body kit, man... it was so low that i can't even drive to any car park with speed hump, maccas..... lol.... but it look so sexy ... :P

but with your low spring, it shouldn't make a lot of differnet with just your body weight, because i am a big boy too lol.... the lower spring should be more stiffer than the stock spring. ..

yeah hahah other members advised me to get king lows so it actually will fit my car up abit if it does then the scraping will be gone hopefully casue its scraps like no 2moz unless i do a fish and crabwalking!!

yea, king low should give your sexy civic a nice look on height, yet not as bad as getting super lows.
