Unless you've got appropriate offsets, I wouldn't recommend rolling on 19's - especially upfront.

down sides are the tyres are more expensive, and apparently there 19inch and bigger are bad at handling

let me make a typical comment, lol, although its completely justified in this case

u want 19z, get a commo or a 300c

get 18s man.

18x9.5 rears +60 (255/35/18)

18x8.0 fronts. +55 (235/40/18)

you could probably play around abit more with the offset and the car will handle great.

yea, but for a 4cycl car.....

the s2000 stock form isnt the quickest of cars already. slapping on 19s would only make the problem worse LOL

The new wheels are 18's.

If I don't like them, I'm going to sell them, and get a set of Advan RG's in 17 & white or gold. Only time will tell I guess.

Hard to find 19" ce28 on a s2000 since most people buy it because its super light, and they don't want to add usless weight to the car, not to mention 19" will look crap.
The Amuse gt1 widebody s2000 is running 18" ce28's so I guess that will give you a close idea. Then again its running 18x10 +15, which you wont be able to even think about that kind of an offset without a widebody.

I can barely afford decent tyres for 18". I'd hate to be paying for 19s.

I cant see ppl spending the dosh for decent tyres once the 19s are on Aus. They dont respect handling/driveability as it is.
