hey, How much would it cost to install and tune a hks turbo kit with t25 turbo? Are there any extra parts i need to buy for mine (04) cause the kit's for an 07 model instead of an 04 model. any recomendations for an exhaust which is not toooo loud but does not compromise power. would i need an apexi afc and ecu so i can switch between normal driving and boosting.

ok here's a few tips.

You cannot switch between turbo and no turbo, once you have turbo, so long as you hit a certain amount of exhaust pressure you will build boost & turbo is on its way.

Which HKS kit is this model? maybe you should check the site and see what it comes with before seeing what else you need.

Install and tuning all depends on what parts you wanna install and how good you want the tune. Most places charge an hourly rate to install and generally about $700-850 for a full tune

I dont know about HKS kit. but my mates had TopFuel 1000 kit and it bolt straight in to his 04 jazz. and his was 7 speed auto with TopFuel internal running on 15 psi making 250 hp and 300+ on 21 psi on the wheel. with GT28 BB im not pretty sure whats his AR was.

ECU your best bet is Hondata or Emanage ultimate.

that's pretty high for a stock engine, especially running a bolt-on kit. Who tuned it?
