colour strips

hey guys and girls.. my black strips of my civic have started to fade and in parts are going white.. as my car is black this look heaps bad.. lol.. whats the best way to make em go back to black?? does anyone kno any product or easy fix??

If it is just a wax then it wont help at all. If it is a tinted wax, then it may. The best solution is still to paint it.

what strips are they? they plastic or paint?

mine are colour coded. You need to rub them back slightly, apply some plastic primer before painting otherwise the paint will fall off

hey jst wanted to let you know that i used the product i said above.. the carplan trim wax... it worked so well... had it on for two days now and it hasnt faded at all.. they look brand new and look great..
