08 CRV. Hook for floor mat?

Hi all 3rd gen CR-V owners with genuine Honda floor mat:

Is there a hook fitted on the floor to stop the mat sliding forward? There is a hole with a metal ring near rear right corner of the driver's floor mat which is designed for a hook to go around. But my CR-V doesn't have a hook installed? is it because my CR-V is an auto? or perhaps dealer's omission? :confused:
all other car I have ever driven including Accord Euro come with a hook to prevent forward sliding of floor mat during pedal actions.

yes you should have gotten a plastic hook installed under the drivers seat, just rouse it up at the next service you should be able to get one fitted, ain't a big job just cut the carpet and shove it in, simple.

yes should be a hook, just get ur dealer to fit it!
