FD1 wheel ofset

Hi all, do you guys know the offset of honda 15" wheel in Civic FD1 ?
I know the Wheel size: 15 x 6 J and tyre size 195/65 R15 91H.

My other question is what max offset i can use for 15" wheels ?

stock one sld be ard 43

would my tyres fit width 6.5 or 7?? And Is it legal to have offset 35 or 40??
