best ? Up to the driver behind the wheel.

Here is an idea of what works for me

24mm front swaybar , upgraded bushes
23mm rear swaybar - JDM 98+ ITR rear bar + ASR subframe brace.

Works well.

We normally run 24mm front , 22mm rear
22mm - 23mm rear sway bar on EG's will need ASR or beaks reinforcement kit.

as you know Yona I ran 26mm front and 22mm rear + ASR for my EK and I found it fun to drive in Wakefield...with a bit of oversteer

I heard they don't make 26mm front for EG...and with 24/22, will that create too much oversteer?

24 front / 22 rear should be ok
EG hatch rear is light. Pretty Neutral

what about it rowan? same crap that yonas said , just bars a bit bigger, wont decrease its performance in any way, just increase it, if thats what you're asking
