The crank pulley was very very tight with mine.
My mechanic told me its best not to use rattle gun but I dont know why.
When mine was being installed, the car was on the hoist. Then my mechanic needed my help to pull it out. It needs at least power of 2 people. What we did was we both faced each other with the pulley in the middle. We had a special tool to lock the pulley in place and a very very long breaker bar. One side of our hands holding the pulley locker and the other side of our hands holding the breaker bar then we pushed it out at the same time. I really have no idea how to remove it with the car only being on jack stands though. You will need it to sit on hoist.

under drives so it gives more torque direct to the wheels when using A/c. They are lighter than your stock pulleys. And are pretty. =P
Might have to buy one of those honda crank pulley holding tool.
Ah wells.
