how much would it be lowered?
and frmo my understanding its best bang for buck?
can someone confirm this and shed light on the first q please?

don't expect too much drop. I had DC2R springs only and lowered my EG about 1 cm (half an inch). You might even find that it's same height if your springs already sagged.

it will however gives stiffer feeling and better handling (I suppose).
if you only want to drop the car, better to use aftermarket lowering springs.

stock 98-00 ITR springs are a great setup for a EG. firm and a tiny bit lowered. "bang for buck" yes. And wont wear your shocks out like lowered springs will
