EK Problem - Clutch issue.. Revs are dropping when accelerating and clutch is soft!

Hey guys having issues with my gf civic.. Only after the car is warm, the car starts to slip like the clutch is dying & the revs just start to drop when you accelerate... Also the clutch is feeling really soft & squishy... She took it to her family mechanic and they replaced the clutch but for some reason it still does it.. I have a feeling its not the clutch? what else could it be??

The valve seals and/or rings are going to die and losing compression

When the clutch is slipping, the rpm rise with little affect on acceleration, not "drop"...

yeh its wierd cause when it does it... car doesnt want to move... revs drop and all you can smell is clutch?
