hi guys looking for a 16 inch wheels for my eg but am struggling to make up my mind. any ideas guys ? i was thinking volk ce28n 10 spokes. but im open to ideas. my car will be blue with willwoods up front, black eg6 wing, black mirrors with standard black side strips. cheers stu:thumbsup:
what is max 500 wheel ?
ce28's only come in 10spoke if you got 5lug.
and with willwoods, you will need offsets of less than 38
and the only ones available under 38 are 33+offset for the 5studded ce28 (this is all for 16x7)
or you can get 16x8 at 35+

500 per wheel sorry mate, maybe a bit more, i saw them in 4 lug somehwere, maybe im mistaken.....
the ce28's come in both a 5 lug and 4 lug version... 5 lug has 10 spokes, 4 lug has 8 spokes (maybe the 4 lug has different code, ce28n or something... duno, so confusing the codes, lol)

so yeah, for 500 per wheel (with tyres?)... you have plenty of options. can't go wrong with ce28's imo, one of the hottest rims around. but it depends on the style you want... racing look or polished dish or etc? colour? for your car personally i'd go gunmetal or black. 2 colour > 3 colour theme.
there you go.. pics to verify what i sed lol

because my car is going to be reasonably plain i just want a nice rim to set it off. just cant decide ahaah was thinking 5Zigen gn+pro racer wheels also. alot easier on the bank too.

Rays make custom offsets... It take almost 9 months to arrive though. Trust me! :p
Yeah, 5 stud are 10 spoke, 4 stud are 8 spoke. Might change with bigger sizes though.
yeh but custom offsets dont fall into his 2k/500dollar per wheel range.
custom orders dont usually take 9months. should be about 5-6 from rays

yes, maximise your options, its all about offset, and no sissy 6.5 6 wide. thats if you going to custom order.

i just got a quote for 8spoke ce28's and he said 2 months and 2400 for just rims. what offset would be best? with 16 x7, take into account i will have willwood 4 pistons up front with a 12.19 inch rotors.
Yes it does fall in that price range.
And it took almost 9 months for my CE28's to arrive.
