.considered an manual conversion.but just settled for buying a whole new car alltogether..looked at a couple VTi-Rs n GSi's..until i came across a manual white 95 gsi which i test drove and was pretty happy with the performance.(was faster than the VTi-Rs i drove) and so i bought it and i currently own it.....i envied my cousins facelift front so i decided to update my front...prefacelift is pretty ugly imo...

I got a DC4 aswell bro n i had the same thing happen, i took 4 vtir's 4 a spin but were all slower than the gsi i ended up buyin, guess thats coz my bankroll was only 10 Gs n if u want a tip top Vtec model u gotta pay up.

Usually the VTI-Rs have been thrashed and badly managed (previously owned by a P plater etc) whereas the GSi you can find in good condition, usually stock, once driven by an old lady or something.

Well thats how it was in my case, hence VTI-Rs being slower.:thumbdwn:

gsi-psi is just a nic lol...yeh i dunno when i test drove my car. it felt faster lol being a lot more toquey.and did wheel chirp in 2nd, 3rd gear.... lol maybe the fact that the vti-rs i drove were stock and my car was modded...

awww yeah i guess that makes sense. i managed to find a well maintained and unmodified VTI-R from a second owner and i freakin love it. so any plans to boost the GSi? itd go like a maniac with a good turbo :D

mite do ls.vtec.. seen some pretty good hp atw on the dyno with that setup....but im thinking before i do it i gotta upgrade the brake disks because they arent that good at high speeds..the car just keeps sliding..big problem if im gonna be faster n cant stop...

heat up 2 quik n then they're useless.
