EG Civic (D16) shudders and jerks wen rev'd over 3k for the 1st 15min of driving WHY?

Since returning from overseas i've noticed that my car is fkd! In the mornings when i first get into the car, i usually warm it up for a couple of minutes then head off. What I have noticed for the first 15 minutes or so until the car warms up, is that when you try and rev the engine over 3k, it will shudder and not allow you to go over 3.5K without the car jerking back and forth violently. After about 15-20 mins the car runs like normal.

What is causing this??

na I havent had a chance to do so yet. my sister was driving it while i was away so it was getting used... as to whether she services the shit i duno lol

Sorry for the noob question but what do you mean by codes dude?

engine codes, on your cluster there is an engine light, it should light up for pre-checks when you turn to stage 2 I think (key in ignition barrel) yellow in color

On the d16,it's a greean plug,soft rubber and it's right above the ECU on the passengers side where thier left foot is.

mine does same thing~ if i hammer around corners in second gears, like 3 seconds after the car will not rev past 3.5k without jerking forward and back violently~. I think it has something to do with oil not being warm enough to move around and it becomes stuck around the walls so to speak. I change it to 4th gear, and keep half throttle than drive normal again. Ive never had this happen in any car except my civic.~ with d16y1. would also like to know whats going on aye if oil is not reason~ ??
