Will EG springs fit into EJ8?

As the title says.

Can an aftermarket EG springs fit into an EJ8?
I had a look from the side and it looks similar, ish.
Does any one know or actually put an eg spring into an ej8 shock assembly?

Just need to know cause my mate wants to buy my springs for my eg but hes got an ej8.

sweet all i needed to know.
its just i bought tein s-tech's of an ozhonda trader. n thought.. a 1inch drop isnt a great enough drop to suit my needs. and plus i need something to change the camber on the rears.
so i opted for a full coilover =]
