Honda Accord, 4 cyclindar 2008 model

Just purchased this car and found "clicking arcing noise" before the engine cranking.
Does anyone has the same issue?
Please send an email for the recorded sound, which you can listen and try on your car to see if it has the problem (MP3 file can't be uploaded).

Should be normal....the clicking goes on for about 3 secs? and then goes away ???...if thats the case then its normal... i think its just the fuel pump or power steering or sumfing regulating..
