6 Inch Speakers (Specific Requirements)

Hi All,

Was just wanting to know if anyone knew of specific 6 inch speakers with the following specs considering the lack of them... don't care about brand, cheaper the better....

- 6 inch
- No more than 2 way with a small tweeter in the middle that doesn't surpass mounting platform height
- mid-high freq

Only ones i've seen are the old gen sony xplodes. reason for the specifics is because i need a pair to go in the rear mounting location of the del sol and a pair to fit in the rear of dc2 mounting location.... can't have too many or too big tweeter crap in the middle as the covers won't go back on properly.

The front setups already sound great, just need fillers for dud oem rear speakers that have since been removed.

From what I remember Kenwood specifically made shallow dish, small magnet speakers in 6 AND 6.5 inch... Have you tried them? You can always grab a model number off the kenwood website and call JB Hi-Fi, Stratty car audio et al and request the part if they don't have it in stock
