i really want these wheels on my eg
but i dont kno if it will fit or not
size 15x6JJ5 195/55/R15.
PCD 4x114.3 offset: +45

I think OEM EG stud pattern is 4x100 just like the EK's, correct me if im wrong

nope ur eg should be 4x100, only if u have converted to 4x114.3

how do i go by converting it ?and is it street legal?

It's legal. Buy a second-hand brake setup...say from a jdm dc2r. It's costly though.

You have to do a JDM dc2r conversion.
switching it from 4x100 to 4x114.3 in order to use those rims.

If you're going to do a brake conversion and make it 4x114.3 , you'd better off spending that little extra and get 5x114.3, larger brake setup, much greater rim variety, you wont regret it
