I own a 96 Civic Coupe Vti.
a friend was installing an apexi auto timer in my ride but didnt take the negative off the battery. while soldering the wires to the ignition coil he blew my ignition fuse, ive replaced the fuse but now my engine wont start and my ac/radio/headlights and interior lights wont work.
when i turn the ignition to on. the test lights come on allright.
what could be the problem? ive checked the fuses for radio and lights, its all fine..
any help?

have u tried both fuse boxes?
ie - under steering wheel (peddles) AND engine bay?

I hadda similar problem with my headunit, would only work if power was connected to alternator.. everything worked, except h/u was werid and clock (for EG civic) ..

In the end the *back up/reserve* fuse in the engine bay fuse box was laterz...

give it a try if u havn't
