Accord Euro Custom Audio??

Hey guys, just wondering what you guys are doing for stereo, as the Euros have that dash that pretty much can't be 'replaced' by another headunit right?

Do you have to get something like that to use an aftermarket headunit?? Or is the stock headunit pretty adequate, running subs and all??
