headrest stuck

one of the head rest for my rear seats on my ek4 is stuck. cant seem to pull it out and pretty sure there arent any buttons. any ideas how to get it out?

If the headrests are the same as the ek1, then there is a button on the side (next to the metal headrest slide).

yeah, there should be a release button on the plastic cover, where the headrest slides into.
