like what are they??? and what do they do?????? and if they are any good ETC...
and if anyone has them installed in there EK

First off "metal cat" is just their own name they gave to a part of the exhaust called the catalytic converter....what this does is makes the exhaust gases more "pure/less toxic" then what comes directly out of the engine before entering into our environment..
there are plenty of other products out there im sure of mentioned in this forum with proven gains... ( sorry not very up2date wif civic stuff)... soo ....but almost any aftermarket hi flow cat will give you gains over stock provided you also have a free flowing cat-back(piping from the cat)..including muffler of course

there can be power gains from a metal cat, but theyre insignificant in most cases. the few manufacturers who post up dyno charts about their metal cats generally only show up to a 4hp increase with our honda motors.
