Its a JDM OBD0 VTEC ECU

The PR3 also came in a OBD1 variety, in fact if memory serves me well, the J50 is OBD1

Ive only ever seen OBD0 ones

does the ECU have a LED light and window on its cover ? If so its OBD0, otherwise OBD1.
