yes u can run Spoon calipers with 16" JDM ITR wheels, kwazyvietnamese is running them. check the appearance section

You can run spoon calipers with 15" wheels, it jst depends on your offset, the type of wheel it is etc.

You can run Spoon calipers on AUDM ITR 15" wheels. offset is +42.
You can fit them on with 3 mm spacers, provided you haven't already spaced out the caliper with the washers supplied in the brake kit.

Not sure about JDM ITR wheels. I assume you may need to run spacers also.
