***EDIT***
just noticed the F1 Racing has a higher threshold.. from memory it was like US$80 to ship just either a clutch or flywheel from these guys...
F1 is : Horsepower Rating: 320 HP / Torque Capacity: 278 ft/lbs

dsp26 have tried those clutches or any reviews?

i've got the xtr stage 3s with the flywheel... grips instantaneously regardless where in the rpm i dump it.. i've never felt it slip.. but then again i'm not running the power you are... very grippy for a sprung clutch.. so much that i get wheel hop instead on mild take off if i bog the car... the pressure plate is at least +20% clamp as well.. should be no probs on a hydro box.

stage2s are kinda week, got it to slip on the mrs relatively stock b18b

***EDIT***
lol let me know when i can pick up the valve springs and you can 'test' it out yourself...

the cheap action clutches will suit your goals. basically anythign with an uprated pressure plate. the clutch face (organise/composite or pucked) will determine most of the feel. And for your power goals, id say it would upto u completly as any will do the job.

Dont get XTR i read on US forum they dont hold! the power that were stated. and really bad when they are hot!..

XTR pressure plate is just like a standard plate. not much different.

try to search for Clutch Master. or just get EXEDY Heavy dutty should be fine.
