Urgent !! Transmission Oil help !

Dear members

I am going to have my car service on this saturday, and i don't know what kind of transmission oil should use on our gear box, its an auto 5speed +/- box.

I am going to use Honda transmission oil, but there is 2 type
ATF-Z1 and HMMF

Which one should i use?

Use Honda ATF-Z1. The HMMF is for CVTs like the Jazz.
