help with 87 accord shock..

hey guys just wondering today i replaced my altenator and once we had it back together we went for a drive and then when driving above 40km there was a shock comming through the car we dont know what it could be any ideas or help would be great as we are stumped thanks luke

no sorry not that like throught the car like a vibration fels liek the wheel is loose and going to fall off these are what me and my brother and his mate came to the conclusion of either the cv got damaged don't know how it never left the car, a tyre, a engine mount or engine mounts, or ball bearing. but did i mention that it only happen when under load if u ut the clutch in or neuetral or just rolling no pressure its smooth again?? got me stumped and erging closer to a for sale sing lol
