Help On Ecu!!

Hi guys,

My car is Honda Accord CD5 F22B1 Vtec 1994. Turbocharged. running on 6 psi 230HP on hub ,440CC injectors.

I had a problem with my tunning when running with Emanage Ultimate seems its always leans out on the top RPM 4000+
my tuner had made the injector duty to 100% still its lean at the top.

Im just wondering if i could get a POWER FC for B18C or B16A to run to my car?
it seems better to run a Stand Alone ECU rather than a Piggy Back.

I got this idea in my head that i could run on B18C or B16A Power FC but im not so sure about it.
So Im asking you guys if it will work?! I think my ECU plug is OBD1 plug. not OBD2.

Dont bother to refer me to Hondata because i dont think much tuner in PERTH really play on that.

Update.. MY ECU Code is

P0A - OBD I

Does Power FC comes with OBDI or OBDII ?
i know some B16A comes in OBDI
B18C B16B comes in OBDII

all the OBDI ECU pinouts from the POA (F22B1) and B16 ( P72,P30 ect ) are the same other than the O2 heater.

you will need alter the O2 heater Pin on your wiring. other than that the rest is the same.

so bassicly i could run with the power Fc with the B16 map on it and alter the O2 heater?
this is what i found when i searched from it.
that i should swap pins A6 (EGR valve) and A11(O2 heater) with each other. if i wanted to run with P72 from my P0A

do you have any clue what OBD does the PFC for B18C Dc2R 98 is? obd2a?
