no.

1st , remove your HEADER if it is a 4-1 unit. Remove the 2-1 section if it is simply a 4-2-1 manifold.
Then you can access the sump itelf.
Drain all oil , remove all nuts holding the sump on. remove , clean up , check oil pickup for debris.
Put new gasket on with sealant if need be
finger tighten all nuts , then torque all nuts in an exact order...i havent the image here but you basically got to tighten one , then go the exact opposite side , then go back again + 1 , then back again - 1 and so on.

undo it under the car where it connects to the rest of your exhaust system, sprying a product like *wurth - rost off* (real good at freeing up rust) can help loosen the bolts as they will be rusty, this helps prevent snapping the bolts,it happens.

then undo the rest of the header from the front of the engine where the four pipes connect onto the head.

simple,really
when you put it back on,do the nuts up in the 'working from the middle to the outer' order, just like you will when you do up your sump

also make sure its not warped before you put the sump back on(put it on a flat surface) this maybe a reason it was leaking. it took me a few gaskets and alot of sealant b4 i discovered my sump was warped :(

dont listen to haters..

everyone has to start somewhere, it is good that you are asking as least

see if you can download a workshop manual for your car as well..

for a b16
it is normally

remove header
remove flywheel shield and i think the two brackets from the gearbox
undo the sump bolts
clean it all up
place new gasket on and hondabond the appropriate areas
torque down the bolts in the special order
put the header and shield and brackets back on

this might be different depending on what you are working on though

if he tried searching then the answer is there. Download the manual and read thru it.

yeh all the steps are pretty much right as above, remeber that the flywheel cover is hiding/covering the bolts on one side of the sump so you will need to remove that before taking the bolts off the sump to gain access to them.

otherwise its pretty straightforward, just remember to torque things correctly and in the right order which is very important.
