decal question

i bought a windscreen sticker today,
and at teh top of my windscreen has that blue tint thing,

do i just stick it on top? or do i have to do anything?etc?

the proper way:

1) Generously wet the windscreen with a mild soapy solution
2) Pull off the backing paper off the decal, you may need a friend's help with this if the decal is large, and dampen the sticky side.
3) stick it on and adjust the position
4) when you're happy with the position, squidgy the excess water off, especially from under the decal.
5) Wet the top of the decal to losen the holding glue
6) Leave to dry for 1/2 an hour at least
7) slowly peal off the top paper, you can continue to wet the top paper to loosen the glue.
8) If the decal comes off the windscreen, repeat from 4

My way
1) just stick in on (Adrian groans very loudly!)
2) try and flatten the bubbles
3) Make sure any photographs are taken from a distance

make sure the windscreen is nice and clean and dry
peel back the backing part
stick on where u want it
get a credit card or something similar to get out all the air bubbles
rub ur hand really quickly over the top part paper stuff to warm it
peel away

i think its on the inside of the car
decal is on the outside after i put it (pretty sure of that)

its like a blue slight tint at teh top only

oh wait ur talking about the blue stuff on the window, thought u meant on the sticker lol,

the blue tint should be on the inside along with the other window tints.

the sticker/vinyl/decal (whatever u call) goes on the outside of the window.
