Projector from the states?

Hi all i have been looking into these (http://imagehost.vendio.com/bin/imageserver.x/00000000/funtistics/PRO-JY-HC96-LED-BK--PRO-JY.jpg) specific headlights as i want HID's but am scared of blinding other road users, i don't have the know how to do a retrofit of my headlights and don't really like the look of having a projector just sitting the the middle of the reflector.
Problem is that those projector lights found above are from eBay US so the cutoff will be wrong, is there any way to get this changed? as i really like the look of those ones

Yes the thread says that going retro fit is the way to go, i am saying is the cut off different on the projectors from the states, the only place i see this mentioned on the other thread is here:

Yeah but where can you get angel eyes from.... i've seen US ones but aren't they angled differently or something liek that??

but they don't shit to australia but they are the halo projector style ones that i want... unless i get them shipped to my aunty who lives in New york then get them shipped to here...hmm

But it seems that there was no answer.
My understanding is that projectors from the states flick up towards the Right Hand Side which is the outside of the road for them.
Unfortunately that is the inside for us and thus getting the projectors is useless as i want them so i don't blind people. Im asking if this can be changed... or is it built into the lights.
I did read through the thread that you linked but rather than hijack that thread with a different but related question i thought it best to start my own.

Although you get the headlight flipped, HID STILL glares and dazzles incoming traffic. HID needs specific projector.
