Hey guys just wondering if anyone else has seen that silver DC5R on car sales going for $19000, now its $17500??? sounds to good to be true huh... its got high klms though, has anyone inquired???

hey i just called the bloke up n its never been in an accident before. Hes just selling it cause of the high KM's n that he needs to get rid of it for a golf gti.

yeah i rang him to he said the same thing to me.... il be looking for one late this year or early next year, im tied up with a morgage so thats my priority, he must want to sell it quick if he's dropping the price like that!!!

There's no way of knowing for sure that he's not lying though, so if you're really interested, maybe you could get the car inspected by someone reputable like nrma and them? If the seller's genuine i'm sure he wouldn't mind right?
A clean inspection would only help the sale...

Inspections arent always the silver bullet to everything. Ive seen them say cars havnt been in accidents when they have etc.

to be honest, i dont much fancy nrma inspections. theyre quite expensive, and are usually only good for pointing out the things that most people, if they tried hard, could find for themselves.

i usually either pay my mechanic to drive out and look at it, or take it to him. better imo to be taking it to someone you already know
