Hey how are you all? :)
earlier i posted a topic about changing the interior bulb to white light.
(just loooks cool to me)
anyway, i got to the business well tried to.
only to realise i dont know how to take out the original bulb. :(

would anyone know how to take it out?
i tried pulling it down, squeezing the sides. but i didnt try to hard bcos i wasnt to sure dont want to break anything.

its a civic btw 96.

that one clips out on the sides and then the bulb just slides out of the plastic i think... anyone else

do u squeeze the clips inwards?
i tried squeezing them just then and i dont think they move. :(
just have me sore thumb nails lol.

try a hammer, lol, i have 97 civic sitting on spares in my garage, i'll havea looksie once i get home

its prolly burnt into the plastic!

try taking off that screw and see what u've got under there.
might be easier to work with it that way.

like i said i'll try it on my civic and let you know, and it took me like 2 seconds to take out the bulb. all you do is pull it out sideways, no clips, nothing, no sore thumbs, no swearing, no hammer.
so yeah hold the bulb lightly and jiggle it a bit and it comes out.

white light is different, looks cool. :)
only realising now it not bright enough, i need white LED wedge light.

u might be better off getting a led wedge off ebay as i bought a led wedge from autobarn and it had only 2 - 4 leds on it and was very dull (blue light).

got one from ebay, had 9 leds much brighter.
