What clutch & flywheel for k20

Hey guys, planning on changing my clutch & flywheel. Just wondering what sort of clutchs people have been using?

Should i change just the clutch? Or the flywheel as well.

I was planning on getting the ACT F1 6 PUCK SPRUNG CLUTCH from ebay, on my previous car i used Exedy Stage 2 & flywheel wasnt all that i expected. So ive decided to try something different.

any advise or opinions would be greatly appreciated

Topic has been covered many times before, so a search in future.

If you change the clutch, change the flywheel as there is a noticeable differance.
