tools you need
14mm socket
17mm socket
ratchet
14mm spanner
17mm spanner

i wont go into full detail
Front:
pull handbrake
loosen wheel nuts
jack car up and put it on stands
open your bonnet
take off your front wheels
you will see your suspension, underneath, theres a fork holding onto it to. it attaches the suspension to the control arm.
undo the bolt on the control arm and the fork so it becomes loose, and then undo the bolts inside the engine bay where the shock sits.
replace suspension and tighten all the bolts up
put wheels back on. lower it put bricks at the front so your car doesnt roll forward when jacking the rear up

Rear:
fold your rear seats down and remove the speaker trim and speakers..
jack the car up and put it on stands
remove your wheels
undo the bolt where the shock attaches to the control arm
unbolt the bolts on the inside where its hidden by the speakers..
and reverse this procedure when installing

you might need to undo a fwe more bolts if you got sways bars and such to make it easier to install..
