read the application list on the link, only lists for Mercs VW Audi BMW

Very interesting. The Euro suffers seriously from DBW lag.

isnt this similar to the sprint booster?, where their is a device at the pedal which "amplifies the signal" sending the signal to the computer that you are infact belting it, but instead your only half way on the throttle.

Waste of time when you can achieve the same effect by applying more throttle.

if you step all the way on the accelerator really quick and release (neutral), the revs only go up to around 3k, whereas on DBT it goes all the way to red line. Is this a way of showing the delay on DBW?

No, DBT just keeps applying throttle AFTER you have lifted your foot off the pedal. The fastest DBT can ever be is as fast as the electronic throttle. DBT can only increase the delay, keep the throttle on for longer or increase the throttle position.

I want to give it a try but there doesn't seem to be a harness to suit our cars.

I have checked with Buddy Club and it doesn't work with Euros.

Yea, but it works for the civic fd's.
Tried it... not that great, it will be the same if you give it 75% throttle instead of 25%.
And always keeps in lower gear so you feel like you have power straight away.

I see. Time to look at another mod instead. ;)

I tested one out here and that was my conclusion as well.

i'm pretty sure a guy named nesterjester on the "cu2 mods" thread installed this, haven't heard reviews about it from him though, just saw it in his listings of modifications.
eg. Injen CAI, Buddy Club eThrottle

yea ive got a buddyclub ethrottle on my cu2 and honestly i cant drive without it anymore ... you really need to try to it to fully realise what it does...

i bought it off a guy on the forums of which he got it from the states... not sure whether if it was direct from buddyclub or through a supplier ...

I've got a non adjustable version of this called the sprint booster and have written a full review on it. I think it's silly that people think they can apply more throttle and achieve the same effect. I've taken it off for comparison and no matter how much you mash the throttle you can't achieve the same effect.

The Buddyclub one actually works for the Euro, I've seen it installed on a few cars now.
