Manual carby on auto civic motor??

hey guys just got a 93 civic sedan
when we got it the owner put a new motor in it
but the motor that he got was from a manual carby civic,
they modified the carby so it would work with the auto civic we got,
the car at the momnet works fine but has no power, so i need a carby
from a auto civic, once i get the auto carby would it be back to normal??
also where would i find a carby from a auto civic?

please any help would be much appericated

at and mt carbys are the same other than the throttle cable for the AT,

you sould confirm the fault before replacing things.
the pistons in the carbys may be faulty, check the ECU for codes
