I bought a set of isc coil overs and had them installed.
But i keeps making noises every now and then when i turn the front wheels.
It wasn't to bad after the wheel alignment. But it shouldn't be making noises
at all.
Is there something i mave missed when setting them up that will stop thiis
problem from happening.

if its happening when the wheels are turning - the noise is one of 3 things.
1.Tie rod ends are slightly loose
2. Springs themselves are alittle loose , moving around when you turn the wheels and will make a "pop/ping" noise
3.upper mount nuts are not entirely tight.
Chances are during the alignment they didnt re tighten parts properly and its loosened up again

Its a ping/pop noise and i took it to a few wheel alignment places. The last mob didn't do to bad. But one said i need progressive springs. All the other coil overs don't have progressive springs.

hmm.
Jack your car up and have a look at where your springs are sitting.
I know with mine, the spring sometimes isnt sitting correctly on the rubber support parts at the top and bottom. it makes a pretty loud clinking noise.
But when u turn.....thats odd. You sure its your coilovers?
Check all your bolts and the above, What coilovers are they?
scurbbing inside of wheel arch?
cv's possibly?

The cars just 3 years old its not cv's. there is no scrubbing.
The bolds are tight.
These are roughly what they look like.
When i adjusted them on the weekend i noticed there is some sort of plastic washer. between the spring and the lock nut.

thats prob the sound mate.
plastic washer? mine is a thick rubber peice, and if its not sitting on it right makes a pretty loud metal on metal sound.

Yeah they are captive enough. I know that.
Where would i find rubber inserts to put between the spring and lock nut.
And how thick would it have to be

well my accord had coilover springs as stock. So mine came with the fat rubber things.
tein make silencer rubbers. Im sure u can just use ones from another car, just have to cut them to fit, shouldnt be that hard jst make sure they sit right. google it.
