about $50
on any B series they are very easy to replace. You need a pair of pliers and thats it. Pull from the inlet manifold , take the PCV off the rubber hose and replace with new one. Push back into intake manifold.
With some D series engines the PCV is located directly on the oil separator itself and this requires some dexterity.

the car has about 130,000 on the clock, can you by the PCV valve of auto spares stores like autopro and repco etc....?
in general does this type of engine burn oil at higher rpm ( in VTEC ) because i heard some of the guys that track there cars say to take oil for top ups....
i dont use VTEC all the time, mainly just cruise along but that might explain me losing alittle oil when i do use VTEC.... what you think?

I go to track, rev it out between 5000 and 7000rpm for a total of 90 minutes in 1 day, and I burn no oil. :) Bennjamin also does the same and doesn't need to top up after track. Try changing your PCV valve first.

Exactly how much in L, (0.2L???) you have to top up every week?
Possibly a leak somewhere?
Change PCV valve as suggested to see whether it improves.

Are you serious that you loose zero oil over a trackday? Are you pushing the car to the limit? I find that hard to believe.
Most trackdays i will at least top up the oil once.

Yes, I keep the revs above 5000rpm (my cutout is 7300rpm) and I do 1 warm up lap, as many continuous hot laps as I can until the checkered flag comes out and then I do 1 cool down lap. Repeat for as many sessions for the day and then drive home at the end of the day. Pushing to the limit? I am the limit, I'm sure the car has more to give. I do 1:18 with an Euro on $165 street tyres.
Have you changed your PCV valve recently? Would be about time to replace the PCV valve on a DC2R.

just to add - as a D series my engine lost abit of oil during track days...(caught in oil catch can)
As a B series my engine dosent loose any oil. (FEO) 2 track days , then replace PCV and one track day after.
But then again its official i aint really pushing it to the limits lol.

Let's all measure oil levels before and after the 25th July trackday. :)

I might be time for a new PCV I now have 106*** kms on the clock, or a re-build is on the cards.

So what exactly goes wrong on the PCV valve causing loss of oil?

The spring keeping it shut weakens as it gets old and the valve opens at a lower pressure.

get an oil catch can and check how much has been dripping after drives... normallly it shouldnt catch much however when i am on the track there is a noticeable amount deposited in there afterwards

another q 4 u, where does this oil go?
to the intake, which in turn dulls power?
or exhaust?

To the intake manifold, which lowers your fuel's octane rating. Hence the popularity of oil catch cans, especially with the turbo modders. Not sure on other cars, but on mine, it goes into a distribution plate just after the intake runners but before the injectors. If you get a thick enough film, I'm sure it can cause partial injector blockage.
