B16A Cylinder Head On a D16 SOHC Vtec

Okay guys, it's either that I'm a total noob or I'm just ignorant.

I found this ad on carsales and his description of his car drove me crazy.
He had a forged piston from Civic Type-r and a B16A Cylinder head on his D16 SOHC! It's unbelievable. :confused:

I need someone to seriously educate me here.

seems like the seller doesnt know what his talkin bout cause the pic tells us different.....its a sohc VTEC engine.....

I almost fell off my office chair when I saw it. I thought that I've been outcast from the world of civics when all parts from DOHC can be put into SOHC. Thank goodness it didn't happen. His engine condition looks dodgy though.

I used to drive an Si. Si has a D16A8 heart in them. However, Vti and Si uses the same chassis (EG5).

His description definitely brought his car to a whole new level.

All sound system wires professionally FAIL (look at engine bay pic, the power wire is barely held to the battery terminal with sticky tape)

If you look at the first picture not one pannel,light,door lines up, the engine bay been painted black probably means that the cars been in a major front ender or is cut and shut.... if anyone buys that car there a complete idiot
