If anyone here works at a Honda dealer I'd like ask a favour to see if they can check stocks of current shape Jazz CVT, especially in white for Gli or VTi. I just came from a dealer & they said they can't get white at all anymore until the new model comes out in 2 months and stocks of other colours are virtually gone too. I find that hard to beleive as then they have no Jazz's to sell for 2 months.

while i cbf checking for you i believe it. they're running pretty damn low.
stock is so low the dealers are trying to push the release date forward.

and dude get a new model - NO CVT!!

Although I'm not a fan of CVT they'll move much more on price with an old model and I was gonna try get a VTi at a GLi price. CVT is better for city driving too for fuel economy which is the main reason I want the car.

while i do agree the cvt drives very nice my only concern is it dying on you if you plan on keeping it outside the warranty period.

yes there is a new improved cvt fluid which has reduced the amount of issues i would still be wary of it

Thanks for the heads up Panda. I thought by now the 07-08 models had resolved this but obviously not. I do plan to keep it for a long time and will be doing lots of km's, 90% city driving.
My only worry is dealers aren't anywhere near eager to discount a brand new model of a car and those onroads are so much.
