cv's or sumthing else

Got a question. When I turn my car close to full lock it clicks only once near my right hand side wheel. The car is stationery when it happens and doesn't sound like the standered cv joint clack-clack noise. And doesn't seem to do it while driving. Had a look under car and my cv boot has a crack and has leaked a bit of grease on the under carriage but nothin serious..... any ideas what else it could be. Had a wheel alignment recently and car is pulling or steerin wierd so don't think its suspension.

either way i'd suggest getting some changeover reco'd driveshafts as your boot is split and leaking. if you were to pay a workshop to fit them it'd set you back approx $550, it'd obviously be much cheaper to fit them yourself.

other than that have you checked for power steering leaks?
